Ghalify offers on-demand car washing services at your doorstep. Users can book a wash, select add-ons, schedule services, and subscribe to periodic washes at discounted rates.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
You must provide accurate contact details and location for service delivery.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the car is parked in an accessible and legal area.
4.1 Booking Process
Users can schedule a car wash through the app by selecting a service package.
Booking is subject to availability and confirmation.
4.2 Payment Terms
We accept online payments via Razorpay.
Payment must be made before service initiation.
Subscription-based services must be prepaid for the selected period.
4.3 Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations before 30 minutes of scheduled time = Full Refund.
Cancellations after 30 minutes of scheduled time = No Refund.
If a service is missed due to our team’s delay, you are eligible for a free reschedule.
Provide accurate location details for our team.
Ensure the car is parked in a safe and legal place.
Remove valuable belongings before the service.
Do not engage in misconduct or any form of harassment with Ghalify staff.
We reserve the right to accept or decline service requests.
If a booking cannot be completed due to unforeseen reasons, we will offer rescheduling or refunds where applicable.
We may modify our pricing, services, or policies at any time with prior notice.
7.1 How Subscriptions Work
Users can subscribe to a package and receive discounted washes.
Services are scheduled automatically based on the chosen periodicity.
7.2 Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel subscriptions before the next billing cycle.
Refunds for unused washes are not provided.
7.3 Subscription Pause
You may pause a subscription for up to 30 days with prior notice.
Ghalify is not responsible for pre-existing damages to your vehicle.
While we take utmost care, we are not liable for water damage, scratch marks, or any natural wear and tear.
We are not liable for delays due to weather conditions, traffic, or unforeseen events.
Users can report an issue with their wash via the in-app reporting platform:

Our team will review and respond within 24 hours.
Possible resolutions: Redo the service, partial refund, or other compensation.
User data is secure and not shared with third parties except for service processing.
We may use cookies and analytics to enhance your experience.
Payment information is not stored on our servers and is processed securely via Razorpay.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
Fraudulent activities or payment disputes.
Repeated booking cancellations or no-shows.
Abuse or harassment of staff members.
